ConnToDBOK (DB2DB_CAPACITY)


The ConnToDBOK parameter attempts to connect to the database. If the connection is unsuccessful, DB2 returns an SQL message. The value of ConnToDBOK is set to either WARN or ALARM depending on the SQL message returned. The parameter warns on the following values:
0 - Connection has been made.
1 - Connection failed. SQL1116N, SQL1032N, SQL1035N
2 - Connection failed. SQL messages not listed for value of 1are returned.
3- Connection failed after 180 seconds. TIMEOUT message is returned.
