If a problem occurs

Problems can occur if you are upgrading and the earlier version of this KM was uninstalled incorrectly. Check the $PATROL_HOME/lib/knowledge, $PATROL_HOME/lib/psl, and $PATROL_HOME/bin directories for the presence of any previously installed files with DB2 (upper or lowercase) in the name. The DB2 UDB EEE component files would also have eee or EEE in the name. You must delete any such files and reinstall the KM.
