Deleting switch settings

When you delete a switch setting from BMC PATROL for Cisco Nexus, the SSH connection is closed and the switch is no longer monitored.

To delete a switch configuration

  1. From the PATROL console work area, right-click Cisco Nexus Switches.
  2. Select KM Commands >Configuration > Cisco Nexus Switch Setup.
  3. In the Configured Cisco Nexus Switch field, select one or more switches.
  4. From Configure Cisco Nexus Switches dialog box, select Delete, and click Enter.
  5. You are asked to confirm the deletion.
  6. Click Ok.
