Importing the Cisco dynamic thresholds

After you have configured the switches to be monitored, the application will begin monitoring according to the out-of-the-box thresholds preconfigured in the application.
If you have adjusted the dynamic thresholds of your Cisco Nexus switch to support your preferences and SLA requirements, you can import specific thresholds to the monitoring application.

To import the Cisco dynamic thresholds

  1. From the PATROL Console work area, right-click Cisco Nexus Switches.
  2. Select KM Commands > Administration > Thresholds > Import Cisco Dynamic Thresholds.
  3. Select the thresholds that you want to import.
  4. Click Ok to save changes.

    Note

If you want to revert back to PATROL thresholds, deselect the threshold, click Ok, and then restart the Patrol Agent.
