External Java Collector Settings dialog box
Use this dialog box to configure the external Java collector settings. These settings define the collection process that collects the data from the configured switches.

Timeout (sec) | Use to adjust the timeout for the following: |
Connection: | Timeout (seconds)if a connection is not opened in the defined time |
Command: | Timeout (seconds)if no response is received in the defined time |
Connection Pool | Not available in this release |
Min: | Minimum number of connections permitted for each configured switch |
Max: | Maximum number of connections permitted for each configured switch |
Debug | Enables to commence debug and create a debug file. The debug file is saved to ..\BMC Software\Patrol3\PCZ folder |
Debug file name | You can use the default file name or enter a new name. |
Thread Pool |

Min: | Minimum number of threads created for the Java collector process |
Max: | Maximum number of threads created for the Java collector process |
Retrieve default settings | Use for reverting back all the settings to the default values. |
Restart the external Java collector process | This configures the application to automatically restart the Java collector after you have made changes. (Out of the box this is enabled) |
