Configuring proxy connection

This section helps you to configure proxy server connection.

To configure proxy connection

  1. Right-click the BPPM Self-Monitor icon and select KM Commands > Configure Proxy Connection to display the Configure Email Notification dialog box.
  2. In the Host field, specify the host name for proxy server.
  3. In the Port field, Specify the port number on which proxy server is running. Default port number is 3182.
  4. In the Username field, specify the username to connect to the proxy server using proxy CLI. The preferred username is admin.
  5. In the Password field, specify the password to connect to the proxy server.
  6. In the Verify Password field, specify the password again to verify it.
  7. Click Accept to save your changes and then click Done to close the dialog box.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
