Editing Generic JVM environment

This topic describes how to change the settings in an existing Generic JVM environment.

  1. Right-click the Generic JVM instance, and select KM Commands > Edit Environment.
    The Edit Generic JVM Environment dialog box is displayed as shown in the following figure

  2. In the Edit Generic JVM environment dialog box, modify the Generic JVM environment settings as needed.

  3. Click OK.

    Note

    If you change the host/IP, JMX port, or collection mode, the existing Generic JVM environment configuration will be deleted.
