Prerequisites for monitoring

Ensure that the Bootstrap server is connected to the Kafka environment and port (for example, 9092) is open in container-based environment.
Ensure that the JMX port that you use and Kafka port (for example, 9999) are open and available for metric collection. Also, ensure that the JMX port number that you use is same for all the brokers.
