Troubleshooting setup problems

Writer: Begin your Troubleshooting branch by providing information about troubleshooting issues that occur during installation, configuration, or while using the KM. This topic is first in the order because if customers can't get the product up and running, they can't get any business value from it.

You do not need to use the exact title of this topic, nor keep it and place children underneath it to separately address installation, migration, and upgrade. Consider this topic a placeholder for whatever content you can develop in this area. For example, if you have some information that pertains to both installation and upgrade and nothing about migration, you might create just one topic titled "Troubleshooting the installation or upgrade."
