Elastic Load Balancer (AWS_ELB)


The AWS_ELB application class provides data for the elastic load balancer (ELB) used by the EC2 instance. An AWS_ELB application instance is created for each Amazon EC2 instance.

 InfoBox

The AWS_ELB application class InfoBox is displayed when you right-click any of the Elastic Load Balancer instance that appears under the Elastic Load Balancer container instance.

Warning

Note

InfoBoxes are not accessible from a BMC ProactiveNet console. The events are generated with SID.

The AWS_ELB application class InfoBox contains the following information:

Description

Availability Zone

The name, numbers, and/or letters that identify the zone where the instance is available.

Create Time

The day of the week, month, day, hour, minute, second, timezone, and year for the time that the volume was created. For example: Mon Mar 07 01:23:12 CST 2011

DNS Name

The name provided to the Domain Name System for this instance.

HealthCheck

The health check data for the load balancer.

Listener Description

The protocol, ELB port number, instance port number, and policy names for the listener.

Load Balancer Name

The name of the Elastic Load Balancer instance. For example, myloadbalancer.

Policies

The list of policies enabled for listener.

Region Name

The name of the region for the load balancer.
