Improvement in Amazon Web Services data collection

PATROL for Amazon Web Services 2.1.00.01 patch provides performance improvements in the Amazon Web Services data collection. Earlier, data collection of the Amazon Web Services was inconsistent; because of this metric data was not getting collected at regular intervals.


Downloading the patch and installation utility

Select and download the installation files for your platform; see the following table. Use your BMC Support credentials to access the EPD website. You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.

Installing the patch
