System requirements
This section provides release-specific information about requirements and supported resources of the PATROL for Agent High Availability product.
To obtain complete compatibility information for PATROL for Agent High Availability, access the BMC Solution and Product Availability and Compatibility Utility.
Before installing the PATROL for Agent High Availability Knowledge Module, make sure the following for a high-availability configuration:
- Each server in the high-availability setup meets the specified system requirements, including supported operating systems and PATROL product versions, as outlined in the table below. Also, verify that the installation account on each server has the necessary privileges.
- To confirm that this KM is compatible with your high-availability environment, check that all required Knowledge Modules can be installed on each server in the configuration. For the latest supported operating systems, refer to the PATROL solution release notes.
