The following table provides information about how to access KM commands and InfoBoxes from the various PATROL consoles.
Accessing KM Commands and InfoBoxes
When a Knowledge Module (KM) is loaded, its associated menu commands are added to the KM area of a menu. The KM area is below the horizontal line on the menu. Menu commands above the line belong to the PATROL Console.

PATROL Central Operator – Windows Edition
In the navigation pane, right-click a managed system or application icon and select Knowledge Module Commands from the pop-up menu. PATROL displays a pop-up menu that lists KM-specific commands. You can access additional submenus from menu commands that are followed by an arrow.
PATROL Console for Microsoft Windows
In either the Desktop tree tab or the work area, right-click a computer or application icon and select KM Commands from the pop-up menu. PATROL displays a pop-up menu that lists KM-specific commands. You can access additional submenus from menu commands that are followed by an arrow.
PATROL Console for UNIX
In the work area, right-click a computer or application icon and select a menu command from the pop-up menu. PATROL displays a pop-up menu that lists KM-specific commands. You can access additional submenus from menu commands that are followed by an arrow.
PATROL Central Operator – Web Edition
In the tree view area, right-click a managed system, application class, or application instance and select Knowledge Module Commands from the pop-up menu. PATROL displays a pop-up menu that lists KM-specific commands. You can access additional submenus from menu commands that are followed by an arrow.
