NetworkTimeNorm
Displays the normalized network time measurement (in milliseconds) for the monitored Watchpoint during the scheduled data cycle. This is the average network latency, with the fastest and slowest 5% of observed hits excluded.
Network time is the time spent by the network transmitting requests.
