End User Experience (APM_EUEM_MAIN) Menu

The command menu for the End User Experience (APM_EUEM_MAIN) application class contains the following commands:

End User Experience Configuration

Opens a series of dialog boxes that guide you through the configuration of the connection with BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring:

Set Java Settings

Enables you to set Java settings through the Set Java Settings dialog box.

  • Define the Java home directory for use by the Java data collector.
  • Define initial and maximum heap memory size.

Set Debug Logging Mode 

Enables you to turn on debugging through the End User Experience Debug dialog box when you need to troubleshoot problems in the KM.
