Selecting Watchpoints and Geo Locations to monitor

  1. After completing the task of defining a Real User Analyzer and setting up the connection with BMC EUEM and clicking Next , select the Watchpoints that you want to monitor in the Add/Remove Watchpoints to Monitor dialog box:
    1. Select Watchpoints and use the arrows to transfer them between the list of Unmonitored Watchpoints and the list of Monitored Watchpoints:
      > - add the selected Watchpoints to the list of monitored
      < - remove the selected Watchpoints from monitoring
      >> - add all Watchpoints to monitoring
      << - remove all Watchpoints from monitoring
    2. Click Apply.
  2. If you want to associate Geo Locations with any of the Watchpoints that you selected for monitoring (provided that Geo Locations were defined for the Watchpoint in BMC End User Experience Management, as indicated by the (+) sign beside the name of the Watchpoint), ensure that only that Watchpoint is selected and then select Monitor Geo Locations and click Apply. If you do not want to associate Geo Locations, skip to #Step 5.
  3. In the Add/Remove Geo Locations to Monitor dialog box\, select the Geo Locations that you want to monitor (up to 12 Geo Locations):
    1. Select Geo Locations and use the arrows to transfer them between the list of Unmonitored Geo Locations and the list of Monitored Geo Locations:
      > - add the selected Geo Locations to the list of monitored.
      < - remove the selected Geo Locations from monitoring
      >> - add all Geo Locations to monitoring
      << - remove all Geo Locations from monitoring
    2. Click Apply.
  4. When you have finished selecting Geo Locations in the Add/Remove Geo Locations to Monitor dialog box, click Done.
  5. When you have finished selecting Watchpoints in the Add/Remove Watchpoints to Monitor dialog box, click Done.
