Defining a Real User Analyzer and setting up a connection with BMC EUEM

  1. From the PATROL Console work area, right-click the End User Experience icon.
  2. Choose KM Commands > End User Experience Configuration.
  3. In the End User Experience Configuration dialog box, enter the required information, as follows:
    • Host: The name or IP address of the virtual machine where the Real User Analyzer resides.
    • User: A user with either Admin or Observer permissions for logging on to the Real User Analyzer.
    • Password: Password for the specified user.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Continue with the task of selecting Watchpoints and Geo Locations to monitor.
