Enhancements in version 1.1

BMC PATROL Knowledge Module for  BMC Remedy AR Server has been enhanced with the following changes and new features:

• Supports BMC ProactiveNet

• Language enablement

• BSM platform stack support for:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and later
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS/ES 4.0 and later
  • Oracle Solaris 10 SPARC and later

• Supports automatic deployment by using BMC Performance Management PATROL Installer
• BMC Performance Management metadata support
• Supports automatic Remedy AR System (grouped and stand-alone AR Servers) recognition discovery

• Reports the integrity of the system through the GroupSync parameter. This parameter checks whether all the AR servers within a group are patched to the same level or not.
