Starting PATROL SNMP Master Agent

The PATROL SNMP Master Agent is launched separately from the PATROL Agent. A command with a built-in computer class KM checks the SNMPStart parameter of the OS KM. If the parameter is set to yes, PATROL automatically starts the PATROL SNMP Master Agent.
