Deployment issues

API key error during package deployment

If you are deploying a package containing only Knowledge Modules (KMs) by running the RunSilentInstall command on the command line, the following error is displayed:
“ERROR! Arguments: -apikey is not valid.”

Probable cause

The package containing KMs is unable to recognize the apikey parameter.

Workaround

Run the command without specifying the API key as:

Linux: RunSilentInstall.sh

Windows: RunSilentInstall.exe

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
