High resource usage in PATROL Agent 24.2.00 with certain KMs

Issue: PATROL Agent version 24.2.00 experiences high CPU and memory usage when some Knowledge Modules (KMs) are loaded.

Resolution: This issue has been resolved in PATROL Agent version 24.4.00.

Recommendation: BMC strongly recommends upgrading from PATROL Agent 24.2.00 to version 24.4.00 or later to mitigate resource consumption issues.
