22.3.01

Enhanced secure communication between BMC Helix Operations Management and PATROL Agent

The third party library OpenSSL is upgraded to version 3.0.00 to provide more secure communication for dynamic key that is exchanged between BMC Helix Operations Management and PATROL Agent. 

Earlier, the dynamic key exchanged was encrypted with PKCS padding. Now, it is changed to more secure padding with Optimal Asymmetric Encryption Padding (OAEP).
