Troubleshooting
The following table lists the error messages you might encounter while running the utility.
Error message | Explanation |

No Patrol Agent found or cannot resolve host name | The PATROL Agent on the host computer is not running or the utility could not resolve the IP address or host name from the source PATROL Agent. |
VC/ESX details unavailable | The VMware Virtual Center details are not available or the login credentials entered are incorrect. |
PATROL Agent Security Mismatch | The security level of the PATROL Agent where the utility is running is different from the security level of the host. Note: The machine on which the PATROL Agent License utility is installed must have same or higher PATROL Agent security level than the host. |
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
