Causal CI and Service CI fields populated in the Best Practice view
For incidents that are created through BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management (BPPM), information in the CI+ field (Causal CI) and Service CI field is now populated in the Best Practice view of Incident Management. In earlier versions, this information was available only in the Relationships table.
