Availability of new service policies
In BMC Intelligent Ticketing 2.0, the following new service policies are available:
- Causal Component-Optimized policy:
- This policy merges event and CI information into a single incident resulting in what is now known as a Causal Incident.
- Impacted and Causal Component-Optimized policyImpacted and Causal Component-Optimized policy:
- This policy supports the creation of the incident hierarchy, which is made up of Causal Incident and the related Impact incidents.
You must apply these polices to the CIs of interest to enable the enhanced capabilities.
