Uninstalling BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management patch component

To uninstall BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management patch component

1. Copy:
   1. ibrsd_orphaned_root_cause.mrl file from <install_dir>\BackupFiles folder to <BMC_PROACTIVENET_HOME>\server\etc\<cell name>\kb\rules folder.
   2. ibrsd_propagate_causal_events.mrl file from <install_dir>\BackupFiles folder to <BMC_PROACTIVENET_HOME>\server\etc\<cell name>\kb\rules folder.
   3. DefaultMapping.map file from <install_dir>\BackupFiles folder to <BMC_PROACTIVENET_HOME>\integrations\ibrsd\conf folder.
   4. gateway.ibrsd file from <install_dir>\BackupFiles folder to<BMC_PROACTIVENET_HOME>\server\etc folder.
2. Restart IBRSD service.
   To restart IBRSD service on UNIX computer:
   1.  Go to directory $BMC_PROACTIVENET_HOME/integrations/ibrsd/bin folder. 

   2. Run the following commands:

      ./ibrsd.sh stop 

      ./ibrsd.sh start

3. Stop the cell. Run the following command from BMC Proactivenet PW Commands console:
   

   mkill –n {CELL_NAME}

4. Compile the cell. Run the following command from BMC Proactivenet PW Commands console:
   

   mccomp –n {CELL_NAME}

5. Start the cell. Run the following command from BMC Proactivenet PW Commands console:
   

   mcell –n n {CELL_NAME}
