Configuring BMC Helix application in Microsoft Teams

As a Microsoft Teams administrator, you can install the BMC Helix application to enable operators or other users in your organization to get notifications about services and situations proactively without accessing BMC Helix Service Monitoring.

By using a BMC Helix application, operators can send commands and get information about the overall health of the environment in the application. Operators can also perform a few actions depending on the impacted service or situation.

This topic describes the steps that you must perform once before you start using Microsoft Teams application for BMC Helix.
