Eliminate duplicate events with deduplication policies
Configure deduplication policies based on your own selection criteria to eliminate duplicate events. This enhancement streamlines event management by offering customisable criteria to remove duplicate events, which boosts system efficiency in high-volume environments.

Create incidents for multiple events at once
If BMC Helix Operations Management is integrated with BMC Helix IT Service Management, you can use the Events page to create incidents for multiple events at once. This feature streamlines incident creation, reduces manual workload, improves accuracy, and ensures compliance resulting in faster event resolution and lower operational costs.

Use HTML tags to customize email notifications
You can use the HTML tags to enhance the formatting of notification emails. By using these tags, you can add tables to an email message and customize the style and formatting to improve its clarity.
You can also send email notifications to user groups and users that are not registered on the internal platform, facilitating better collaboration.

(Controlled availability customers only) View dashboards for information about your license usage
Use BMC Helix Dashboards to view the license usage dashboards that provide the following information about the BMC Helix Operations Management license usage:
- Current usage data
- Peak usage data
- Historical license usage trends
- Peak and dormant license periods
- Total number of licenses used for an on-premises deployment
These dashboards are not available out of the box. To obtain them, contact BMC Helix Support.
