Migrating and upgrading PATROL Agents
Use the bhomagentmigrationtools toolkit to migrate and upgrade PATROL Agents. Download the utility from: https://community.bmc.com/s/news/aA33n000000Tf4QCAS/migrating-patrol-agents-from-tsom-to-bhom.
With this toolkit, you can perform the following actions:
- Export a list of PATROL Agents and their ports from TrueSight Operations Management to a file.
- Migrate the PATROL Agents that are listed in the exported file to connect to the BMC Helix Operations Management tenant.
During this migration, the following pconfig variables are set:- BMC Helix Operations Management server host
- BMC Helix Operations Management server API key
- Proxy host
- Proxy user
