Viewing data in BMC Helix Dashboards

BMC Helix Dashboards is a SaaS service on the BMC Helix Portal that offers unified reporting and gives you a consolidated view of data from applications across your environment. You can easily create, export, and share interactive dashboards with users within or outside your environment.

For BMC Helix Operations Management, use out-of-the-box dashboards to quickly start creating visualizations to get an insight of your IT infrastructure.

The following table displays the available out-of-the-box dashboards:

CIO Overview dashboard View the information about all events, services, situations, and inventories in the system.
Dynamic Metrics AnalysisView the number of open events and various metrics of multiple servers and devices from BMC Helix Operations Management.
Event Data dashboardView the number of open events and their severity, and the number of closed events.
K8S Container DashboardView the overall health of Kubernetes containers in a cluster.
K8S Daemonset DashboardView the performance KPIs for a daemonset.
K8S Deployment DashboardView the overall health of Kubernetes deployments and daemonsets in a cluster.
K8S Namespace DashboardView the overall health of the Kubernetes Namespaces in a cluster. 
K8S Node DashboardView the following information:
  • The CPU, memory, storage, and volume profiles on a Kubernetes node
  • Details of the events that are related to a Kubernetes node
  • The current status of a pod.
K8S Pod DashboardView the following information:
  • The CPU, Memory, Ephemeral storage, and Volume profiles of a Kubernetes pod
  • Details of the events that are related to a Kubernetes pod
  • The number of times that a pod restarted in a specified interval
  • The current status of a pod.
Linux Server MetricsView the number of open events and various metrics of multiple Linux servers and devices from BMC Helix Operations Management.  
Metrics Data dashboardView the performance metrics data of the devices in your environment and get an insight into their health.
Microsoft SQL Database MetricsView the number of open events and various metrics of multiple SQL servers and devices from BMC Helix Operations Management.
Oracle Database MetricsView the number of open events and various metrics of multiple Oracle servers and devices from BMC Helix Operations Management. 
Oracle Health dashboardView information about the health of the Oracle instances in the system.
Oracle Overview dashboardView an overview of the Oracle instances in the system.
Prediction Analysis dashboardView the prediction analysis for the last 90 days. 
Service Health Overview dashboard

View information about the health of all services in the system.

SSL Expiry Monitoring dashboardView the details of SSL certificates used across your services, such as the count of certificates, expiry dates, and expiry events.
Storage Health dashboardView information about the health of your storage systems.
Storage Overview dashboardView an overview of the Oracle instances in the system. 
Tabular KPI ReportView various key performance indicator (KPI) metrics of multiple servers and devices from BMC Helix Operations Management.
Tag-based Event Data dashboardView the number of open events and their severity, and the number of closed events filtered on the basis of tags supported with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure knowledge modules. The dashboard also displays the trend of open events in your environment.
Windows Server MetricsView the number of open events and various metrics of multiple Windows servers and devices from BMC Helix Operations Management.
