Modify multiple events

On the Events page, modify common event slots present in multiple events at once to add additional context to events. Use this feature to modify common event slots faster.

For more information, see the following topics:

View detailed time stamps in the Logs and Notes tab

In the Logs & Notes tab of the Event details page, drill down to see the time stamp value in seconds and milliseconds. The detailed time stamp helps you to easily differentiate the execution time of various policies that are executed on an event.

For more information, see Viewing-or-adding-notes-to-an-event.

Service Monitoring enhancements

View baselines and event indicators in metric graphs

View baselines on the health indicator, event metrics, and performance view graphs. These baselines represent the reference range of normal and expected behavior of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

In addition, event indicators on these graphs help you quickly identify the metrics that have violated the baseline.

For more information, see Monitoring-service-health-indicators and Performing-causal-analysis-of-impacted-services.

On the Services page in the BMC Helix AIOps console, by default, only business services and technical services are displayed. Use Advanced filter to view business applications along with the services on the Heatmap view.
