Netreo SaaS 10-18-2023 Release Notes

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

  • IM-2008 Windows device types now include CPU Process Queue Length in collected metrics
  • IM-6097 New option to poll Windows devices using Microsoft native PowerShell
  • IM-5396 New option to poll Windows devices using Microsoft native PowerShell (companion ticket to IM-6097)
  • IM-5815 Locations in the UI that show “All Hosts Down” now include a count of the number of hosts down
  • IM-5874 The Debugging Tools menu for virtual hosts now includes an "Apply Templates" option to run autoconfiguration rules and apply device templates
  • IM-5957 Display of TWAMP session graphs changed to make viewing more convenient
  • IM-5958 Organizational improvements to session graphs and tables for TWAMP
  • IM-5959 TWAMP all session report now includes “Top n” filter option
  • IM-6018 The device template cloud library now includes checkboxes to select multiple device templates for simultaneous download

Issues Resolved

  • IM-4158 Interface status checks not being added to VMware host devices configured to receive them 
  • IM-5748 ServiceNow incidents not being closed after alarms have cleared
  • IM-5949 QoS data plots causing internal server error
  • IM-6003 Device Dashboard Performance tab showing incorrect values for Disk Utilization
  • IM-6022 Bandwidth by Tag report breaks UI when unassigned tags are selected as filter
  • IM-6028 Device Dashboard Overview tab status area showing incorrect aggregate count of monitoring checks
  • IM-6036 Windows active response methods fail to execute on devices managed by a service engine 
  • IM-6046 Incident recovery notification fails to be sent under certain circumstances
  • IM-6068 Bandwidth Utilization graph reporting in Mb/s instead of Gb/s
  • IM-6089 Maintenance Window Administration date selector doesn't provide a way to change the month
  • IM-6091 Simple configuration push tool allows scheduling push with empty Configuration Changes field
  • IM-6104 Several reports are showing different report times in their headers for HTML and PDF versions
  • IM-6106 Top Talkers custom report Email Now function fails to send report if selected format is CSV
  • IM-6108 Scheduled custom report fails to send email when Conversation Report is added with CSV as the format
  • IM-6112 Serial Number field missing from Device Dashboard Host Information panel for flexiWAN devices
