Netreo SaaS 09-07-2022 Release Notes

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

  • IM-4050 Update lambda functions environmental variable to use DNS (new tools) - cloud.api.netreo.com
  • IM-3998 EmailART check configuration settings now offers OAUTH2 option for POP3 and IMAP options (in response to changes in Microsoft user authentication protocols).
  • IM-3944 New incident management macro for WAN site status alerts.
  • IM-3922 Added Netreo incident ID number to Incident Management Report
  • IM-3921 Added link in Problem Management Report to the details of the related incidents
  • IM-1991 New “Light level (Transceiver Power)” device subtype available for Cisco network devices.

Issues Resolved

  • IM-4125 Gaps in performance data have increased after update to v2022.1.8.
  • IM-4111 VeloCloud Edge devices not polling when assigned to service engines.
  • IM-4097 Memory utilization metric missing on Hyper-V device types.
  • IM-4088 Ajax error when accessing the Configuration Compliance Report exception count.
  • IM-4079 Device Performance API is returning legend of N/A when query for specific performance data.
  • IM-4059 Devices that have already been added are showing up in the New table instead of the Added or Duplicate table.
  • IM-4052 While changing the time format is resetting the Password Expiration to 180 days.
  • IM-4033 Configuration Retrieval adding special characters in retrieved config from the (HP Procurve & Aruba Switch) network devices.
  • IM-4032 MySQL subtype changes debugging tool from Test SNMP to Test WMI.
  • IM-4020 CSV import using device attributes with spaces causes double attribute entries to be created (import update).
  • IM-4009 Disable polling on a large number of devices causes error code 524.
  • IM-4005 Receiving internal server error when using the Get-Time-Series-Metrics API.
  • IM-3970 Unable to create dynamic device attribute in device type with already used title.
  • IM-3964 Download CSV button is enabled if default or none of the filters are applied in the Audit Log page.
  • IM-3951 Unable to enable secondary NIC on service engine through console.
  • IM-3946 Multi-Device-TimeSeries API rounding timestamp to nearest hour when using aggregate option.
  • IM-3938 Business Workflow Overview widget health percentage value not visible in dark mode with rainbow graph type.
  • IM-3897 Multi-Device-TimeSeries API experiences performance degradation when given larger data set queries.
  • IM-3891 Searching for a feature on the Feature Toggle page and updating the feature enabled (on/off) value also updates the rest of the features.
  • IM-3882 When all hosts are down for category, site, or business workflow, whether one host or many, the Tactical Overview fails to display "All Hosts Down."
  • IM-3866 Unable to edit or view service alerts in Configured Alert Contacts report.
  • IM-3860 Virtualization module creates duplicate root for virtualization guest.
  • IM-3783 Configuration management rule is not working from strategic group level device template.
  • IM-3773 Filtering conversation report by specific applications is sometimes showing all applications.
  • IM-3764 Get-time-series-metrics API is returning an incorrect timestamp for aggregate option.
  • IM-3729 Geographic map zoom is broken in 50% column widths.
  • IM-3527 There are numerous gaps in the bandwidth graphs for several Velo Edge devices.
