Assign a Device Template to a Strategic Group

To assign a device template to a strategic group with the functional group mode activated follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to Netreo as a user with the SuperAdmin access level.
  2. Go the the main menu and select Administration > Grouping > Strategic Group to open the Strategic Groups Administration page.
  3. Locate the group that you wish to assign a device template to in the strategic group table.
  4. Select the edit icon for that group in the ACTIONS column.
  5. In the TEMPLATE field select the device template to assign to this group.
  6. Select Update Strategic Group.

 

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
