BMC Helix Network Management 26.1.00 Release Notes

BMC Helix Network Management release 26.1.00 is now available with the following changes:

Feature Updates:

  • Diode Node feature enables one-way data flow monitoring of devices on isolated Diode Node systems from a central on-prem system
  • [DRR69-650] - New “Create Incident and Use Action Group” rule now available for the Incident Management system to override existing assigned action groups for that incident 
  • [DRR69-1133] - Netreo rebranded as BMC Helix Network Management throughout the application 

Issues Resolved:

  • [DRR69-1048] - Table poller for Cisco Aironet Controller not creating instances 
  • [DRR69-1188] - The Authentication passive check does not provide details on failure 
  • [DRR69-1281] - Interface checks are not being added to devices added by an API poller 
  • [DRR69-1343] - Netreo Stress Testing device type seen after OVA deployment  
  • [DRR69-1388] - Configuring thresholds in device templates will configure an incorrect metric under certain conditions 
  • [DRR69-1390] - Invalid characters error in "Check PowerShell by Query" service check 
  • [DRR69-1418] - Excessive SNMP calls for Juniper BGP polling 
  • [DRR69-1458] - Manual registration remote agent creation failed to create the device 
  • [DRR69-1499] - Bandwidth graph for Top Talkers Report is not using the max speed value when the unscaled filter value is used 
  • [DRR69-1502] - "Netreo update in progress" still appears after a successful update in the Setup Wizard. 
  • [DRR69-1515] - Added and deleted custom scheduled report log entries not showing up in the audit log 
  • [DRR69-1517] - Default "Unknown" site incorrectly able to be deleted under certain conditions 
  • [DRR69-1546] - Top Talkers – Performance Report filters do not collapse after report generation 
  • [DRR69-1654] - OAM-scheduler resource leak 
  • Miscellaneous UI fixes
