Enable cloud services

Follow the steps below to enable Cloud Services functionality in BMC Helix Network Management.

  1. Log in to BMC Helix Network Management as a user with the SuperAdmin access level.
  2. Go to the main menu and select Administration > System > Cloud Services to open the BMC Helix Network Management Cloud Services Dashboard.
  3. In the CLOUD SERVICES panel change the switch to ON.
  4. Select Save Changes.

The NETREO CLOUD STATUS panel will show a green checkmark when your BMC Helix Network Management deployment is correctly communicating with Cloud Services. If the checkmark does not appear, please see the cloud features section of Firewall Requirements.
