Viewing the metering data by time interval

Use this procedure to view metering data for specific time intervals:

Important

The Time Interval setting only impacts the graphs displayed on the right-hand side. Totals for the last year (shown on the left) remain unchanged regardless of the selected time interval.


  1. Go to Dashboard > Metering.
  2. In the menu bar, click the Time Interval icon.
  3. From the Time Interval panel, do one of the following:
    • Select a pre-defined time interval from the time picker list; for example, select Last 15 minutes to automatically populate the From and To text boxes.
    • Select a start and end time for the timeframe by using the following sub-steps:
      1. In the From text box, enter the starting date and time for the desired timeframe.
      2. In the To text box, enter the ending date and time for the desired timeframe.
      3. Click Apply Time Range.

The system automatically refreshes the graphs on the dashboard to display data for the selected timeframe. The graph offers an interactive zoom feature. You can hold your mouse cursor over an area to expand it for a closer look.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
