Enabling notifications in Microsoft Teams

BMC Helix AIOps integrates with Microsoft Teams to enable operators to use the BMC Helix application in Microsoft Teams, which provides real-time information about impacted services and situations.

A tenant administrator, who is also a Microsoft Teams administrator, installs and configures the application for your organization. Operators can run commands in the application and get notified about the status and overall health of the services in the form of messages and cards.
