Service Pack 1 extends monitoring capabilities of end-user metrics for the BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring product.

Where to start

BMC Application Diagnostics is the foundation for the application performance management platform that can be hosted as a service or in your environment (on premises).

• If you are implementing BMC Application Diagnostics in your environment, see End-to-end-process-for-on-premises-users.
• If you are a subscriber of BMC Application Performance Management as a Service, see End-to-end-process-for-tenant-users.

Examine an overview of application performance from the Application View menu on the Application Monitoring tab. See Monitoring-application-health-and-performance.

Use the Diagnostics tab to review the component diagnostics that you want to analyze: Business Transactions or Application Servers.

You can also integrate BMC Application Diagnostics with the BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring and Analytics product.
