Service Pack 1 provides the following enhancements:
- Integration with the Session Overview in BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring
- Multitenancy support
- Dashlet improvements
- Events sent to integrated products contain hyperlinks
Integration with the Session Overview in BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring
When integrated with BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring, you can drill down from the Session Overview page to traces in BMC Application Diagnostics. Likewise, clicking the View in EUEM button in the BMC Application Diagnostics Trace Details window opens the Session Overview page, in the Object Overview section.
Multitenancy support
Multitenancy support enables service providers to offer BMC Application Diagnostics to their customers as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering. Service providers can isolate data groups and control the data visibility and permissions for each customer, called a tenant or tenant organization.
Dashlet improvements
For the Application Availability and Average Application Response dashlets, you can now filter the display according to application server, as well as by application name and time range. Place multiple dashlets on a dashboard to compare results.
Events sent to integrated products contain hyperlinks
Events that are sent to configured integrated products contain a hyperlink to the Trace Details window in BMC Application Diagnostics.
