End-to-end process

BMC Application Diagnostics is a licensed add-on of the BMC Application Management Suite. The following steps enable you to access the diagnostics data for applications that are monitored by the BMC Application Diagnostics Agent.

  1. Open a browser.
  2. Enter the URL of the computer on which the BMC Application Performance Management Console is installed.
  3. Enter your name and password to log on to the BMC Application Performance Management Console.
  4. In the BMC Application Performance Management Console screen, click the Diagnostics tab.
  5. In the main menu panel in the top left of your screen, click the component diagnostics you want to analyze: Business Transactions or Application Servers.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
