Viewing a list of BMC Application Diagnostics Agents

The list of BMC Application Diagnostics Agents enables you to view the availability status of each agent and the name of the applied policy file. You can also delete BMC Application Diagnostics Agents that are no longer online.

To view the list of BMC Application Diagnostics Agents

From the Diagnostics tab, click Administration > Agents.

A list of current BMC Application Diagnostics Agents is displayed with the following information in the sortable columns.

To delete a BMC Application Diagnostics Agent

  1. Select one or more agents to delete.
     You cannot delete an online agent. If you select an agent with associated data, the agent name turns red. 

    Warning

    Note

    When you delete an agent with associated data, the agent is removed from the portal, and all associated data is not displayed in the console. However, if you reconnect the same agent to the same portal, and the portal is still connected to the collector with all the saved agent records, the associated data will be displayed in the console.

  2. Click the Delete Agents button, located at the top of the list.
  3. Click OK to confirm deletion.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
