Accessing diagnostics data in the Real User Analyzer Session Browser
This topic provides the procedure to follow to access diagnostics data for specific transactions in the Real User Analyzer Session Browser.
- Log on to the Real User Analyzer Console.
- Select the Session Browser tab.
- Select a query or create a custom query to view the captured transactions.
The results display the sessions relevant to your query. - Click a session to display a list of captured transactions. A green icon in the Application Visibility column indicates the data is available in BMC Application Diagnostics for the specific transaction.
- Click on the green icon to view the data in BMC Application Diagnostics.
- To link between BMC Application Diagnostics and BMC Real User Experience Monitoring, add a new application visibility server:
- In the Real User Analyzer Console, select Administration > Integration > Application Visibility Servers and add a new application visibility server so that the system can connect to your portal.
- Set the URI of the application visibility server and click Save.
For example: http://:/portal/rest/truesight - If required select the authentication method and provide access credentials.
