Uninstalling the BMC Application Diagnostics Agent

  1. Delete the ADOPsInstall_1_2 folder located in the BMC Application Diagnostics Agent installation directory.

  2. Delete the following parameters from the JVM options of your application server:
    For Windows 

    -javaagent:<AgentInstallationDirectory>\ADOPsInstall__1_2\adops-agent.jar
    -Dcom.bmc.adops.agent.server.id="<unique_ID>

     
    For Linux 

    -javaagent:<AgentInstallationDirectory>/ADOPsInstall__1_2/adops-agent.jar
    -Dcom.bmc.adops.agent.server.id="<unique_ID>

     
    <AgentInstallationDirectory> is the location where the Agent is installed.

You defined these parameters when you updated the Java options for the application. See Updating-the-Java-options-according-to-the-application-server-type for more information.
