Disabling alerts
You can keep a defined alert as part of a Recording Profile and not use it during a particular recording session.
You can disable the alert on the fly in the Operations tab by clearing the check box alongside the listed alert.
To disable an alert:
In the Alert List, clear the check box alongside the alert(s) you wish to disable, and click OK. The Recording Profile dialog box closes and the selected alert(s) will not be triggered.
If you do not save the Recording Profile, when it is used next the alert(s) will be re-instated by default.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
