Installing components

This section describes how to install each of the BMC AppSight for Windows components.

Note that if you are installing the main BMC AppSight for Windows System suite installation, the AppSight System Console, Code Console, Server, Black Box and Install Service are installed as part of the default installation package.

Each of the main components (apart from the AppSight System Console and AppSight Code Console, which are installed as part of the BMC AppSight for Windows System suite) can also be installed as individual components as required, and as described in this section.

The main BMC AppSight for Windows components include the following:
