General preperation for BMC AppSight Web Support on Windows 2008

In order to install BMC AppSight Web Support on Windows 2008 the machine will require the Web Server (IIS) role.  Without the Web Server (IIS) role BMC AppSight Web Support can not be installed.  Additional Role Services will need to be enabled for Web Server (IIS)

Role Services:

  • ASP
  • ASP.NET
  • ISAPI Extensions
  • Server Side Includes

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
