Backing up your Black Box Server directory
Before upgrading or reinstalling your version of BMC AppSight, it is recommended to back up your Black Box Server directory.
To back up your Black Box directory:
In Windows Explorer locate the C:\Black Box Server directory, and save to another location as required.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
