Setting Visual Log options

To set Visual Log options:

  1. From the main menu, open View => Options. The Options screen opens.

  2. Set the following options:
    • Actual size - select to display the visual log in its actual resolution. (i.e. 1280x1024 pixels). Note that the displayed log could be larger than your own screen.
    • Enable sounds - check to play sounds for GUI operations.
    • Enable mouse click flashes - check to accentuate mouse clicks within the recording.
    • Display unprintable characters - displays all the text that appears on the GUI, regardless of whether it was typed by the user.
    • Playback speed - accelerate the log playback to your taste.
    • Maximum delay between user actions - abridge delays to spare playback time.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
