Analyzing system compatibility problems

System Compatibility problems occur whenever the application runs on an environment that lacks any of the application's requirements. Analyzing a System Compatibility problem assumes that you are familiar with the system requirements and, viewing the recordings, will be able to tell what is missing.

To analyze a system compatibility problem:

  1. Open the log.
  2. Look at the System tab in the Filter pane and compare the recorded system data with the application's system requirements.
